The Impact of Research and Development Investment on Internationalization of Corporate
This study aims to explore the impact and mechanism of corporate research and development investment on internationalization performance.In the context of economic globalization and China's"going global"strategy,core technologies and innovation capabilities of corporates have become key factors in enhancing international competitiveness and promoting international development.The article selects Chinese A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2022 as samples to empirically examine the impact of research and development investment on corporate internationalization performance.On this basis,the mediating role of technological innovation and the moderating role of corporate asset liability ratio are further examined.Research has found that research and development investment significantly improves the internationalization performance of enterprises;Technological innovation plays a mediating role between research and development investment and corporate internationalization performance;The asset liability ratio plays a negative moderating role between research and development investment and technological innovation.Based on this,the article puts forward that enterprises should be encouraged to increase their research and development investment,promote technological innovation,and enhance their internationalization performance.
