摘要
对比国内外城市供水管网安全评价的研究进展,结合指标选取的原则,构建供水管网安全评价指标体系,从管网物理安全性和功能安全性角度,遴选涵盖管道状态、节点状态、综合维护等3个方面的14项指标,分析相关指标内涵,介绍确定指标权重的评价方法.研究结果为供水管网安全评价的定量分析奠定坚实基础,为保障供水安全提供科学支撑和理论支持.
Abstract
The paper conducted a comparative analysis of the research progress on safety evaluation of urban water supply networks both domestically and internationally,and further proposed an integrated safety evaluation index system for water supply network based on the principles of index selection.Consid-ering the perspectives of both physical and functional safety of the pipeline network,a total of 14 indica-tors were carefully selected,covering pipeline status,node status,and comprehensive maintenance.It ana-lyzed the connotation of relevant indicators and introduced evaluation methods for determining the weights of indicators.The results of this study provided an in-depth analysis of the connotation of rele-vant indicators and laid a solid foundation for quantitative analysis in the field of water supply network safety evaluation.Furthermore,the findings of this research contributed to the provision of scientific and theoretical support for ensuring water supply safety,which was essential for the sustainable development of urban communities.
