摘要
为探究再生水灌溉对土壤中有机污染物分布和含量的影响,以芹菜为研究对象,通过设置清水(CK)、再生水(T1)和清水-再生水交替灌溉(T2)等3种灌水处理,开展灌溉试验.经监测芹菜不同生育期、不同土层深度下4种典型污染物即多环芳烃PAHs、邻苯二甲酸酯PAEs、酚类、药物及个人护理物PPCPs的含量变化发现:不同灌溉水质处理条件下,不同深度土壤中PAHs、PAEs、酚类、药品与 PPCPs 含量分别为 169.60~737.23、1 953.76~8 659.76、24.03~125.99、37.30~96.10 μg/kg.与清水灌溉相比,芹菜不同生育期再生水灌溉会引起土壤表层有机污染物含量的轻微上升,但对深层土壤无明显影响.从有机污染物组成来看,土壤样品中PAHs、PAEs、酚类和PPCPs的主要组分分别为菲和苯并(k)莹蒽、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯DBP和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯DMP、双酚A、盐酸普萘洛尔,此研究成果可为再生水利用提供参考.
Abstract
In order to investigate the impact of reclaimed water irrigation on the distribution and con-tent of organic pollutants in soil,celery was selected as the research plant to conduct irrigation experi-ments.Three irrigation treatments were set up,including clean water(CK),reclaimed water(T1),and al-ternating irrigation(T2)with clean water and reclaimed water.The content of four typical pollutants,namely polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),phthalates(PAEs),phenols and personal care prod-ucts(PPCPs)were monitored at different growth stages and soil depths.The results showed that the con-tents of PAHs,PAEs,phenols,and PPCPs in different depths of soil under different irrigation water quality treatments were 169.60~737.23、1953.76~8659.76、24.03~125.99 and 37.30~96.10 g·kg-1,re-spectively.Compared with clean water irrigation,reclaimed water irrigation at different growth stages of celery could cause a slight increase in the content of organic pollutants in the surface soil,but had no significant impact on the deep soil.From the perspective of organic pollutant composition,the main com-ponents of PAHs,PAEs,phenols,and PPCPs in soil samples were phenanthrene and benzo(k)anthra-cene,dibutyl phthalate DBP and dimethyl phthalate DMP,bisphenol A,and propranolol hydrochloride,respectively.
