北京市凉水河"23·7"暴雨洪水过程分析及应对措施

摘要
受2023年第5号台风"杜苏芮"减弱后的低压气旋影响,2023年7月29日至8月2日,北京市出现极端强降雨天气,对凉水河安全行洪造成了极大考验.基于凉水河干流水文实测数据,对本次降雨及洪水过程进行统计分析,揭示了降雨分布规律,复盘了洪水演进过程,构建模型演算现状水面线与河道设计数据对比,评估了河道行洪能力变化程度,剖析了可能出现洪涝灾害的风险,并提出加快蓄滞洪区建设等相关方面建议,为今后防御洪水提供参考.
Abstract
Affected by the Typhoon Dussuri in 2023,extreme heavy rainfall occurred in Beijing from Ju-ly 29 to August 2,2023,which is a great challenge to the flood discharge of Liangshui River.This article conducts analysis of the rainfall and flood process based on the hydrological data of the main stream of Li-angshui River,revealing the distribution pattern of rainfall,reviewing the flood routing.To present the re-sults obviously,we make a model to calculate the current water surface and compare it with the former da-ta.Using this model evaluates the river's flood discharge capacity,analyze the potential risks of flood di-sasters.Finally we proposes suggestions and provides references for future flood prevention.
