摘要

预应力钢筒混凝土管道PCCP在运行中不可避免地产生断丝,断丝现象可能会导致管道运行面临爆管风险.基于光纤声波传感设备监测到的断丝声波信号对管道断丝动力过程进行分析,采用ICEEMDAN算法及Hilbert变换得到声波信号的时频谱,结合时频谱对管道的非线性动力过程进行分析,钢丝回弹过程中对管道产生高频冲击激励,管道非线性动力过程在时频谱上表现为"M"状条纹与"V"状条纹的组合,且"V"状条纹顶点出现在"M"状条纹对应频率第1个峰值之后.另一方面,钢丝的频率变化趋势与混凝土振动频率变化趋势相反,在时频谱上可观测到2条频率变化趋势相反的条纹.对PCCP管道断丝声波信号非线性特征的提取及识别可为PCCP管道断丝在线监测提供有益借鉴.

Abstract

In the operation of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP),it is inevitable to produce wire fracture.The phenomenon of wire breakage may lead to the risk of pipeline explosion in pipeline operation.In this paper,the dynamic process of pipeline wire fracture was analyzed based on the wire fracture acous-tic signal monitored by optical fiber acoustic sensing equipment.The time-frequency spectrum of acoustic signal was obtained by ICEEMDAN algorithm and Hilbert transform.Combined with the time-frequency spectrum,the nonlinear dynamic process of the pipeline was analyzed.The high-frequency impact excita-tion is generated during the rebound process of the steel wire.The nonlinear dynamic process of the pipe-line is a combination of'M'and'V'stripes in the time-frequency spectrum,and the vertex of the V-shaped stripe appears after the first peak of the frequency corresponding to the'M'stripe.Besides,the frequency variation trend of the steel wire is opposite to that of the concrete vibration frequency,and two fringes with opposite frequency variation trends can be observed in the time-frequency spectrum.The extraction and identification of the nonlinear characteristics of the acoustic signal of the broken wire of the PCCP pipeline can provide a useful reference for the online monitoring of the broken wire of the PCCP pipeline.
