摘要
为更好评估管网失效风险等级,以中国西北某城市排水管网为研究对象,基于组合权重和风险矩阵法的排水管网失效风险评估方法,对研究对象主要失效风险可能性和失效后果指标进行分析.失效可能性指标中,管龄、管理制度、管材和土壤性质对失效风险影响很大;失效后果指标中,环境影响、社会影响、经济影响失效后果影响很大;该方法所确定的失效风险级别与实际检测结果基本符合,评价结果较准确,能有效识别管段的失效风险.本研究成果可为管网运营维护工作提供决策指导,降低城市内涝风险.
Abstract
This study focused on assessing the failure risk level of a city's drainage pipe network in Northwest China.A novel approach,combining the weight and risk matrix,was proposed for the assess-ment of drainage network failure risk.The study analyzed key failure risk factors and consequence indica-tors associated with the research object.The results indicated that factors such as pipe age,management system,pipe properties,and soil characteristics significantly influenced the failure risk.Moreover,among the failure consequence indicators,environmental,social,and economic impacts exerted substantial influ-ence on the overall consequence of failures.The method's determination of failure risk level aligned close-ly with actual test results,indicating enhanced accuracy in evaluation.This approach proved effective in identifying high-risk pipe sections,which offers valuable guidance for decision-making in pipeline net-work operation and maintenance,and ultimately reduce the risk of urban waterlogging.
