摘要

为了对排水工程项目进行全流程规范化管理,引入大数据分析、GIS及移动通讯等信息化技术,并在排水工程项目管理的业务流程构建中融入可配置、全生命周期理念,构建集项目立项、设计、采购、施工、验收及竣工结算等于一体的排水工程项目智慧化监管平台,推动排水工程项目管理相关部门间的有效协同与相互监督,优化排水建设项目管理模式,提高运营管理效率,有效促进智慧水务快速发展.

Abstract

In order to standardize the management of the entire drainage engineering project process,this study introduced the information technologies,such as big data analysis,GIS,and mobile communica-tion.The researchers had also integrated configurable and whole-life cycle concepts into the construction of drainage engineering project management business processes.The aim was to build an intelligent super-vision platform for drainage engineering projects,which integrated project initiation,design,procurement,construction,acceptance,and completion settlement.This platform promoted effective collaboration and mutual supervision among relevant departments involved in drainage engineering project management.This platform optimized the project management model of companies and improved the efficiency of their operational management.Therefore,the rapid development of smart water technologies will be effectively promoted.
