摘要
怀柔水库和京密引水渠是北京水网的重要组成部分,是北京市重要的饮用水源地.为解决工程长期运行中存在的防洪安全和供水安全隐患,考虑运行模式和功能转变,分析原因,并提出针对性的对策措施,为今后工程运行管理工作提供指导思路.
Abstract
Huairou Reservoir and Jingmi Diversion Canal are crucial components of Beijing's water net-work and important drinking water sources in Beijing.To address the flood control and water supply safe-ty issues that have arisen during long-term operation,it is necessary to consider changes in operating modes and functions,to analyze the underlying causes,and to propose targeted countermeasures.This analysis will provide guidance for future operation and management of these projects.
