摘要
党的十八大以来,官厅水库深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,在水生态保护修复方面积极探索和实践,取得显著成效.通过凝练总结官厅水库水生态环境保护修复在工程建设、制度建设、生态理念贯彻与传播等方面的探索与实践,分析了官厅水库当下面临的机遇与挑战,并在构建生态格局、生态化运行维护及水生态空间管控等方面提出思考和建议,为继续科学做好水生态环境保护修复工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
Guanting Reservoir carries out the thought of ecological civilization,and has achieved remark-able results in the active exploration and practice of water ecological protection and restoration.The op-portunities and challenges currently faced by Guanting Reservoir have been analyzed by summarizing and refining the exploration and practices of Guanting Reservoir in areas such as project construction,institu-tional development,and the implementation and dissemination of ecological concepts.Additionally,re-flections and suggestions have been put forward in constructing an ecological layout,ecological operation and maintenance,and water ecological space management.This provides valuable references for continu-ing to scientifically carry out water ecological protection and restoration work.
