摘要
为总结不同水位运行期间密云水库浮游植物群落结构的影响,2005年开始,密云水库开展浮游植物定性及定量的测定.根据多年监测数据,通过群落多样性、丰富度、均匀度计算与R语言等方法,分析研究密云水库在不同水位运行期间浮游植物群落构成的演替规律,同时对密云水库浮游植物群落分布变化趋势进行分析.结果表明:南水北调入密云水库后对水体中浮游植物结构构成产生较大影响,主要是丝状蓝藻假鱼腥藻成为优势蓝藻种属;高水位的运行使得库区由蓝绿藻型水体变成硅藻型水体.研究成果为密云水库水源涵养功能维护提供技术参考.
Abstract
To summarize the impact of different water level operations on the phytoplankton community structure in Miyun Reservoir,phytoplankton measurements have been conducted since 2005,including qualitative and quantitative assessments.Based on years of monitoring data,the community diversity,richness,and evenness were calculated and analyzed using R language to study the succession patterns of the phytoplankton community composition during different water level operations.Additionally,the distribution trends of the phytoplankton community in Miyun Reservoir were analyzed.The results indi-cated that the South-to-North Water Diversion into Miyun Reservoir significantly impacted the struc-ture of phytoplankton in the water body.Specifically,the filamentous blue-green algae Pseudanabaena becoming the dominant blue-green algae species.The operation at high water levels transformed the res-ervoir area from a blue-green algae-dominated water body to a diatom-dominated one.This research provides technical references for maintaining the water conservation functions of Miyun Reservoir.
