东水西调工程智能泵站机组健康监测技术的应用

摘要
东水西调工程是门头沟、石景山两区的重要水源,其泵站机组的稳定运行对保障北京西部用水安全具有重要意义.为了研究东水西调工程智能泵站机组的健康监测技术,提出了一套基于神经网络模型的机组健康状态预测算法,并结合灰色关联分析法对机组健康状态进行智能评估.在东水西调工程中的应用结果表明,该方法能有效预测机组的运行状态,机组评价结果为优秀.该研究为泵站的智能运行、调度及运维提供了支持,有助于降低运维成本,提高工程运行的稳定性和安全性.
Abstract
The East-to-West Water Diversion Project is an important water source for the Mentougou and Shijingshan districts.Therefore,the stable operation of pump units is crucial for ensuring water safe-ty in western Beijing.To study the health monitoring technology for the intelligent pump units of the East-to-West Water Diversion Project,a neural network-based health state prediction algorithm for the units was proposed by combining with the grey relational analysis method for intelligent assessment of the units health status.Application results in the East-to-West Water Diversion Project showed that this method could effectively predict the operating status of the unit.The evaluation result of the unit is excellent.This research provides support for the intelligent operation,scheduling,and maintenance of pump stations,helping to reduce maintenance costs and improve the stability and safety of project opera-tions.
