摘要

实施生态补水是永定河综合治理与生态修复的关键举措,为量化永定河生态补水取得的成效,剖析了永定河存在的问题,总结分析了永定河生态补水的经验做法和成效.2019-2023年各类工程累计向永定河生态补水36.5亿m3,2023年实现自1996年断流以来首次全年全线有水,全线流动时长年均增长率达85%.册田水库、石匣里及官厅水库等重要断面生态水量满足度均达到补水目标,河道两岸5~10km范围内地下水位有效回升,永定河北京平原段地下水位较补水前最大提升18.6 m.生态补水促进了河湖生态环境提升,2023年,永定河全年Ⅲ类水质及以上河长占比较补水前提升61%,改善了水库富营养状态,提高了生物多样性水平.研究结果可对其他流域开展生态补水工作提供借鉴参考.

Abstract

The implementation of ecological water replenishment is a key measure for the comprehensive management and ecological restoration of the Yongding River.To quantify the achievements of the Yong-ding River's ecological water replenishment,analyzed the issues facing the Yongding River and reviewed the experiences and achievements of ecological water replenishment.From 2019 to 2023,a total of 3.65 billion cubic meters of water was ecologically replenished to the Yongding River through various proj-ects.In 2023,the river achieved its first full-year flow since being dried up in 1996,with an average annu-al growth rate of 85%in flow duration.The ecological water quantity at important sections such as Cetian Reservoir,Shixiagli,and Guanting Reservoir all met the replenishment targets,and the groundwater level in the 5-10 km range along both sides of the river effectively rose.Specifically,the groundwater level in the Beijing plain section of the Yongding River increased by 18.6 meters compared to the levels before re-plenishment.Ecological water replenishment promoted improvements in the ecological environments of rivers and lakes,In 2023,the proportion of the Yongding River with Class Ⅲ water quality or higher for the entire year increased by 61%compared to pre-replenishment levels,improving the eutrophic state of reservoirs and enhancing biodiversity.The research results provide reference for other river basins to carry out ecological water replenishment work.
