摘要
为了精准识别并定位水资源管理数据中存在的不规范不合规等问题数据,以水资源业务需求和监管短板为导向,基于业务规则梳理和大数据分析技术,构建水资源管理问题识别模型,对海量水资源管理数据进行深度挖掘和分析,实现对水资源相关数据的实时监控和动态管理.一旦发现问题数据,系统将自动生成问题清单,确保责任单位能够及时整改和治理,形成"发现-推送-反馈-整改-销号"的闭环工作流程,创新了水资源问题监管机制.同时,该模型的建立加强了市区两级的协作与沟通,形成了市区两级协同的工作格局,共同推动水资源社会循环监管能力的提升.
Abstract
To accurately identify and pinpoint irregular and non-compliant data in water resources man-agement,a model was developed based on business needs and regulatory gaps.This model utilized busi-ness rule analysis and big data technologies to deeply mine and analyze vast amounts of water resources management data,which enable real-time monitoring and dynamic management of water-related data.Once problematic data was detected,the system automatically generated a list of issues,ensuring timely rectification and management by the responsible units.This created a closed-loop workflow of"Discov-ery-Push-Feedback-Rectification-Closure",innovating the regulatory mechanism for water resources is-sues.Additionally,the establishment of this model enhanced collaboration and communication between municipal and district levels,forming a coordinated working structure that jointly promoted the improve-ment of social circulation supervision capabilities in water resources management.
