摘要

南水北调配套工程大兴支线工程第十三标段顶管施工项目,施工距离长,并且存在曲线段.根据工程特点,研发一种内穿钢管装置,并结合原位焊接方法组合施工,工程应用表明:以Y型坡口作为焊口,可最大提升钢管的抗拉强度;内穿钢管法相对顶推牵引法与专用台车法,在管道运输过程中,分别节省资金181万元与136万元,施工效率提升47.3%和19.6%,相对专用台车法,可降低竖井建设资金247.8万元.该技术具有施工速度快、成本低、环境影响小的特点,具有较好的经济、社会效益,可在类似工程中推广应用.

Abstract

Section 13 of the Daxing branch of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project involves a pipe jacking construction with a long construction distance and curved sections.Considering the proj-ect's characteristics,an internal steel pipe device was developed and combined with in-situ welding techniques.Engineering applications demonstrated that using a Y-groove as the welding joint signifi-cantly improved the tensile strength of the steel pipe.Compared to the push-pull method and the spe-cial trolley method,the internal steel pipe method saved 1.81 million yuan and 1.36 million yuan during pipeline transportation,and increased construction efficiency by 47.3%and 19.6%.Additionally,the shaft construction costs were reduced by 2.478 million yuan compared to the special trolley method.This technology offers fast construction speed,low cost,and minimal environmental impact,which pro-vide significant economic and social benefits and make it suitable for promotion and application in simi-lar projects.
