摘要
围绕十八大以来官厅水库运行管理和水安全保障的新形势新要求,在回顾官厅水库建成70周年以来的主要功能变化与水环境演变历程的基础上,锚定2035年官厅水库恢复饮用水源功能目标,提出多措并举、多源共济、多管齐下等确保水质、水量及生态安全措施,以新作为、新担当进一步加强水利工程运行管理职能,为首都高质量发展和市民高品质生活提供水务基本运行保障.
Abstract
The paper reviews the changes of its main functions and the evolution of the water environ-ment sinstruction of Guanting Reservoir 70 years ago.The paper focuses on the new situation and new re-quirements of reservoir operation management and water resource security since the 18th CPC National-Congress,anchors the goal of restoring the function of drinking water resources of Guanting Reservoir in 2035.The paper proposes multiple measures to ensure water quality,water quantity and ecological securi-ty,to improve the water security of the capital.
