官厅水库库滨带治理措施及效果分析

摘要
官厅水库作为北京市战略饮用水源地,在保障首都水资源安全方面具有重要作用.在分析官厅水库库滨带存在问题的基础上,结合水库恢复总体目标,提出库滨带封闭管理、入库支沟污染治理、管理道路等配套设施建设及生态修复等治理措施,构建集生态效应、管理效应于一体的官厅水库库滨带水源保护系统,并分析措施实施后能够达到的效果.治理措施的实施对促进官厅水库水源地恢复具有重要作用,为北京市其他水库库滨带治理提供参考.
Abstract
As a strategic drinking water source in Beijing,Guanting Reservoir plays an important role in ensuring the security of water resources.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the water-front area of Guanting Reservoir,combined with the overall goal of water source target,measures are pro-posed to carry out closed management,pollution control of inbound tributaries,construction of support-ing facilities such as management roads,and ecological restoration in the waterfront area of Guanting Reservoir.A water source protection system that integrates ecological and management effects is con-structed,and the effects that can be achieved after the project is carried out are analyzed.The imple-mentation of governance measures plays an important role in promoting the restoration of the Guanting Reservoir water source area,and provides reference for the management of other reservoir waterfront zones in Beijing.
