摘要
根据官厅水库的实际情况,结合其历史发展,总结该项目中遇到的问题及对相应对策进行整理分析,提出针对性的建议,为更多的大型跨界水库的勘界定桩工作提供新思路.通过多角度、多维度分析本次勘界定桩工作存在的问题与原因,得出"广泛搜集资料,明确历史沿革;寻找分析多条历史管理范围线的演变,划定新管理范围线;加强两地协同沟通,解决争议问题"等切实可行工作方法,在提高工作效率的同时,保证了勘界定桩工作的科学性和先进性.
Abstract
Based on the actual situation of Guanting Reservoir and its historical development,this paper summarizes the problems and corresponding strategies encountered in the project,analyzes them,and pro-poses targeted countermeasures and suggestions,providing new ideas for the boundary and pile positioning work of more large-scale cross-border reservoirs.Through multi angle and multi-dimensional analysis of the problems and causes of this boundary survey and pile fixing work,practical and feasible work methods such as"extensive collection of data,clear historical evolution;seeking and analyzing the evolution of multiple historical management lines,delimiting new management lines;strengthening coordination and communica-tion between the two places,and resolving disputes"are obtained,which not only improves the work efficien-cy,but also ensures the scientificity and progressiveness of the boundary survey and pile fixing work.
