简述了实时PCR仪中温度控制系统的软硬件构成以及实验结果.在荧光检测PCR(实时PCR)中,采用TI公司的DSP320F2812作为微处理器控制芯片,利用其速度优势、数据处理功能以及强大的控制功能, 实现温度信号的采集以及温度控制.实验证明,数据传输速度达15MB/s、精度大于4.87%;温控模块中升温速率为3℃/s时,温度精度为0.2℃.
Development of a Temperature Control System in PCR Instrument
To develop the hardware, software of the temperature control system and explore the experimental results in a real-time polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ) instrument. In the real time PCR, we used a DSP320F2812 chip from TI Company as a core microprocessor-controller to implement the temperature signal acquisition and temperature control, which was provided with the speed advantage, data processing and powerful control functions. The experimental results showed that temperature rising rate was 3℃/s with precision 0. 2℃. and the data transfer precision at least 4.87% with the data transmission speed up to 15MB / s.
