Exploring the high-quality development model of public hospitals in Beijing in the new era
Public hospitals are the main bearers of medical and health services in China,shouldering the responsibility of providing high-quality medical services to the people, concentrating efforts to respond to major medical emergencies, and cultivating excellent medical and health talents. However, the current development of public hospitals still faces problems such as extensive management models,large disparities in medical standards, a shortage of high-level talent resources, and insufficient research and innovation capabilities,resulting in the waste of high-quality medical resources and increasing the difficulty of seeking medical treatment for the general public. Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, public hospitals have entered a new stage of "high-quality development". The high-quality development of public hospitals is the only way to promote the development of the Healthy China cause in the new era,and it is also the main theme of the development of public hospitals in the context of the new era. In view of this,a public hospital in Beijing has further explored the high-quality development model of modern public hospitals. In response to the current development status and shortcomings of public hospitals,it is proposed to establish and improve the modern hospital management mechanism system, achieve refined hospital management, and safeguard the high-quality development of public hospitals;promote the application of new cross industry technologies such as the Internet,big data and cloud computing,and carry out the construction of smart hospitals with the help of 5G, AI and blockchain technologies to improve the efficiency of hospital diagnosis and treatment. Establishing a high-level talent pool and innovative talent training models,encouraging scientific research and innovative development, accelerating the speed of clinical research transformation, improving the planning of multi hospital and medical consortia, expanding the radiation area of single center medical influence, and other aspects have driven the high-quality development of public hospitals, achieving significant results.
