Application of two dimensional bar code recognition technology in equipment management of operating room
Objective We propose a tracking method for operating room equipment management based on two dimensional bar code recognition, which reduces the lag in information storage and accurately tracks the application status and historical records of operating room equipment,in order to improve the efficiency of operating room equipment usage. Methods First, the two-dimensional code of the equipment in the operating room is scanned by the photoelectric scanner, and transmitted to the server through the Internet Web server.Than, the two dimensional bar code information data is stored using the ultra bandwidth method, and the stored information is used to realize the forward tracking and backward tracking of the quality of new and old equipment in the operating room. Finally, the tracking information is fed back to the client to provide the basis for equipment analysis. Results The ultra wideband storage method can reduce the lag of information storage, when the data reach 4.5 million, the delay is about 270 ms.The method proposed in this article can effectively track what equipment is being used in each operating room, and accurately track the procurement,use,maintenance,after-sales and other processes of operating room equipment, and record them. Conclusions This method not only improves the efficiency of operating room equipment usage, but also provides detailed data support for the entire process management of equipment procurement, use, maintenance, and after-sales service. It helps medical institutions optimize resource allocation and improve the overall efficiency of operating room operations.
