Graphene and its derivatives are two-dimensional carbon-based materials with outstanding physical,chemical and biological properties.In addition,they have been shown to affect the differentiation of stem cells and improve the properties of biomaterials.Graphene and its derivatives can be modified and further functionalized by a variety of bioactive molecules.At the same time,graphene can improve the physical and mechanical properties of the composite and enhance the biological activity.It also has a wide range of applications in the delivery of growth factors,drugs and other bioactive compounds.In this review,we introduce the latest achievements of graphene and its derivatives in improving the properties and bioactivity of biomaterials and their application status in the field of stomatology.In addition,we present our own views on titanium dental implant and bone regeneration membrane materials,dental resin adhesive,and teeth whitening for graphene and its derivatives.At same time,the application prospects and challenges in the field of dentistry are prospected.
