石墨烯材料在牙科领域中的应用

石墨烯及其衍生物是一种二维碳基材料,具有出色的物理、化学和生物性能.此外,它们还被证明可以影响干细胞的分化和改善生物材料的性能.石墨烯及其衍生物可以被多种生物活性分子修饰及进一步功能化,同时石墨烯的掺杂可以改善复合材料的物理力学性能,生物活性也得到增强.在传递生长因子、药物和其他生物活性化合物方面也具有广泛的应用前景.本文主要介绍了石墨烯及其衍生物在改善生物材料性能和增强生物活性方面的最新成果及在口腔医学领域的应用现状.此外,提出了石墨烯及其衍生物在牙科钛种植体、骨再生膜、牙科树脂材料粘合剂以及牙齿美白等方面所具有的机会,并对石墨烯基纳米材料在牙科领域的应用前景和面临的挑战进行了展望.
Application of graphene materials in dentistry
Graphene and its derivatives are two-dimensional carbon-based materials with outstanding physical,chemical and biological properties.In addition,they have been shown to affect the differentiation of stem cells and improve the properties of biomaterials.Graphene and its derivatives can be modified and further functionalized by a variety of bioactive molecules.At the same time,graphene can improve the physical and mechanical properties of the composite and enhance the biological activity.It also has a wide range of applications in the delivery of growth factors,drugs and other bioactive compounds.In this review,we introduce the latest achievements of graphene and its derivatives in improving the properties and bioactivity of biomaterials and their application status in the field of stomatology.In addition,we present our own views on titanium dental implant and bone regeneration membrane materials,dental resin adhesive,and teeth whitening for graphene and its derivatives.At same time,the application prospects and challenges in the field of dentistry are prospected.
