医用箱式物流系统在中医院新建院区中的应用

目的 本文介绍了上海中医药大学附属龙华医院浦东分院建立的医用箱式物流系统的组成、特点、运行流程和使用经验,供医院新建或改扩建项目参考.方法 在医院新建初期,综合考虑拥有超长的门急诊综合面宽和紧密协同的诊疗中心,具有楼距宽、物资输送种类多、日输送量大的特点,合理规划并预留物流系统传输空间,建立覆盖院内各科室和部门的医用箱式物流系统.主要组成包括以垂直提升机、水平传输线、收发站点、周转箱、扫码装置和消毒装置为主的硬件设备,以及基于AI语音图形识别技术、云计算、5G物联网、大数据云平台和后台智能算法的医用箱式物流智能化管理平台,并设立专用机房保障系统的稳定运行.该系统兼顾建筑空间利用和物资输送效率的平衡,与医院建筑布局相适应,满足物资输送、医院感染防控和消防安全要求,具备应急能力和系统可扩展性.结果 在系统运行早期,对2024 年6 月3-16 日发箱量的统计分析,发现住院药房(278 个)、静脉用药调配中心(237 个)、检验科(202 个)和中药库房(166 个)4 个工作站点的发箱量较大,工作日数量大于节假日.物资输送高峰时间为7∶00-9∶00 和13∶00,在10∶00 和15∶00-16∶00 也较多.在使用中出现了卡箱、堵箱、发箱或回箱超时、垂直提升机和水平传输线故障等问题,均于当日快速更换配件、调整系统设置完成维修,并及时对故障问题及解决详情进行记录和总结.此外,为了确保系统长期稳定安全运转,高效完成物资输送,后期将不断优化系统使用和维护方案.结论 医用箱式物流系统实现了医院大部分医疗物资的准确高效输送、全程追踪和信息化管理,提高了物流输送效率和医护人员的工作体验.该系统的使用体现了中医院传统与现代相结合的特点,通过先进的医用箱式物流系统为患者创造了便捷的中医药医疗服务环境.本项目为医院新建、改扩建项目中的医用箱式物流系统建立和应用提供了参考.
Application of medical box-type logistics system in new campus of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital
Objective This article introduces the composition,characteristics,operation process,and usage experience of the medical box-type logistics system established by the Pudong Branch of Longhua Hospital Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,provides reference for other hospitals in new construction,reconstruction and expansion projects.Methods In the early stage of hospital construction,taking into account the very long outpatient and emergency area,and the closely coordinated diagnosis and treatment center,with characteristics such as wide building distances,a variety of material transportation,and large daily conveyance volume,the transmission space was reasonably planned and reserved to establish a medical box-type logistics system covering various departments and sectors within the hospital.The main components included vertical elevator,horizontal conveying line,receiving and dispatching stations,turnover boxes,code scanning devices,and disinfection devices as the main hardware equipments,as well as an intelligent management platform for medical box-type logistics based on AI voice and graphics recognition technology,cloud computing,5G Internet of Things,big data cloud platform,and backend intelligent algorithms,with a dedicated machine room to ensure the stable operation of the system.The system balanced the utilization of building space and the efficiency of material transportation,adapted to the hospital's architectural layout,met the requirements for material transportation,hospital infection prevention and control,and fire safety,and has emergency response capabilities and system scalability.Results In the early stage of system operation,the statistical analysis of the box dispatch volume from June 3 to June 16,2024 showed that the inpatient pharmacy(278 boxes),intravenous therapy preparation center(237 boxes),medical technology laboratory(202 boxes),and traditional Chinese medicine storage(166 boxes)had relatively high dispatch volumes,with a greater number of dispatch volume in working days than in holidays.The peak times for material transportation were 7∶00 am to 9∶00 am and 1∶00 pm,and there were also more at 10∶00 am and 3∶00 pm to 4∶00 pm.Problems such as box jamming and congestion,dispatch or return delays,and malfunctions in vertical elevator and horizontal conveying line occurred during use.All these problems were promptly resolved by quickly replacing accessories and adjusting system settings on the same day.Failure issues and resolution details were recorded and summarized in time.In addition,in order to ensure the long-term stability and safety of the system operation and efficiently complete material transportation,the system usage and maintenance scheme would be continuously optimized in the future.Conclusions The medical box-type logistics system has achieved accurate and efficient transportation,whole-course tracking,and information management of most medical materials in the hospital,and improved the efficiency of logistics transportation and the work experience of medical staff.The use of this system reflected the integration of tradition and modernity,and created a convenient environment of traditional Chinese medicine services for patients through an advanced medical box-type logistics system.This project provided a reference for the construction and use of medical box-type logistics systems in the construction,reconstruction and expansion projects of other hospitals.
