摘要

目的:对产后康复仪配合手法按摩在母婴分离剖宫产产妇催乳中的效果进行调查.方法:以我院80例剖宫产产妇为调查样本,采用随机分组分为对照组、观察组,人数相同.对照组给予手法按摩,观察组同时予以康复仪配合按摩,对产妇泌乳情况进行比较.结果:观察组产妇开始泌乳时间短于对照组,泌乳量高于对照组,P<0.05.观察组有2例乳房肿痛病例,对照组有8例,P<0.05.观察组纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,P<0.05.结论:康复仪配合手法按摩能够提升产妇泌乳量.
