基于金纳米笼基底的抗菌纳米药物研究进展

目的 简要概述金纳米笼(Au nanocages,AuNCs)材料的制备及与其他药物联合抗菌的疗效,为进一步抗菌研究发展提供参考.方法 通过查找文献,分类归纳近年来以AuNCs为基底的抗菌纳米药物的制备及应用.结果 简要概述了 AuNCs的制备方法及在新型抗菌纳米材料中AuNCs基底发挥的作用,综述了 2016-2023年发现的以AuNCs为基底的抗菌纳米药物.讨论了 AuNCs在生物医学领域的应用,并展望了 AuNCs复合材料的未来发展方向和应用.结论 研究以AuNCs为基底的抗菌纳米药物及其所对应的抗菌策略,对进一步开发灵敏高效的新型抗菌纳米材料具有重要意义.
The advancement of research on antibacterial nanodrugs with Au nanocages as a substrate
Purposes—To review briefly the preparation of Au nanocages(AuNCs)and the antibac-terial effect of AuNCs in combination with other drugs so as to provide a reference for further antibac-terial research and development.Methods—The preparation and application of antibacterial nanomate-rials based on Au nanocages in recent years were summarized through literature search and classifica-tion.Results—The preparation method of AuNCs and the role of AuNCs substrate in new antibacteri-al nanomaterials are briefly reviewed and the AuNCs-based antibacterial nanomaterials are reviewed which were discovered from 2016 to 2023.The application of AuNCs in the field of biomedicine is dis-cussed,and the future development direction and application of AuNCs are prospected.Conclusions—The study of AuNCs-based antimicrobial nanomaterials and their corresponding antimicrobial strate-gies is of great significance for the further development of novel antimicrobial nanomaterials.
