Scientific and technological journals is the important line of defense on scientific ethics.To assist researchers and managers in gaining a comprehensive understanding of scientific ethics and providing guidelines for ethical policy management and implementation,we first reviewed the origin and history of scientific ethics.Then we summarized the current ethical policy along with the journals'guidelines in the field of human-related research,cellular research,and animal research.Furthermore,the ethics related to biosecurity,including the research scope and protocol,and requirements on systematic management,have been concluded.Finally,we pointed out the difficulties and current challenges in ethical management,especially in some interdisciplines,and provided suggestions based on these challenges.
