To customize concise and efficient Word automatic normalization template for journals,thus improve the quality of paper review and auxiliary editing efficiency,and guide authors to standardize the manuscript submission,this paper proposes a new journal template design concepts and methods combined with the editorial experience and practice,that is,the combination of Word templates and automation macros,to create editing and proofreading functions and menus coupled architecture.The main programme automatically runs the code without compilation,improving flexibility,ease of use and reliability ofoperation.It makes it possible for authors to do their own typesetting,standardises writing and makes editing much more efficient.
