摘要
作为科技知识成果转化、传播的中介和桥梁,科技期刊对国家创新体系建设至关重要.为深入探究科技期刊对国家创新体系的推动作用,本文详细阐述了科技期刊在国家创新体系中扮演的角色和发挥的作用,结合新时代发展现状,进一步明确了科技期刊在国家创新体系建设中肩负的历史使命,提出充分发挥科技期刊的功能作用对我国构建高效完善的国家创新体系、实现高水平科技自立自强具有重要的战略意义.
Abstract
As bridges for the transformation and dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge,sci-tech periodicals are vital to the construction of a national innovation system.To deeply explore the role of sci-tech periodicals in promoting the national innovation system,this paper elaborates the states and role played by sci-tech periodicals in the national innovation system.In the context of current development status,the historical mission of sci-tech periodicals in the construction of the national innovation system is further clarified.This article proposes that giving full play to the functions of sci-tech periodicals is of great strategic significance for China in building an efficient and complete national innovation system and achievinga high level of sci-tech self-reliance and strength.
