摘要

策划出版高质量专题是提高科技期刊影响力的重要途径.总结了中国激光杂志社中文三刊近年来出版的各类专题,介绍了学科热点类、重大项目类、知名科学家专栏、纪念类专题、虚拟专题等不同类型专题的策划出版流程,并以计量分析的形式呈现专题的出版对期刊影响力的提升具有很大促进作用.此外,阐述了如何利用专家资源由重点栏目孵化连续专题的创新出版模式.最后,提出了基于连续专题举办主题会议以实现刊会融合的发展理念,进而推动期刊高质量发展;探讨了基于专题的高效传播促进科技成果快速落地的产研结合的发展思路.

Abstract

Publication of high quality special issue is an important way to improve the impact of sci-tech journals.We summarized various types of special issue published on three Chinese journals of Chinese Laser Press in recent years and introduced the planning and publishing process of different categories of special issue,such as subject hotspots,major projects,columns focusing on renowned scientists,commemorative issue and virtual special issues.Through quantitative analysis,we also presented the great role of sci-tech journals had played in promoting the impact.In addition,we introduced the innovative publishing model that leverage expert resources to incubate continuous special issues through key columns planning.In conclusion,we proposed the development concept of holding thematic conferences based on continuous topics to realize the integration of journals and conferences,so as to promote high-quality development of journals and discussed the development strategies of the combining of industry and research to expedite the application of scientific achievements facilitated by effective dissemination based on special issue.
