摘要
为构建我国学术期刊平台建设技术共识,提出解决行业关键共性问题新的解决思路和方法,采用德尔菲法、问卷调研等办法,在多轮专家研讨、调研分析的基础上,顺利全面地构建了共识.共识包含了构建技术共识的研讨和形成机制、需要进行系统平台运营并培养相应人才、齐心协力做好技术共识的推广和传播、学术期刊技术平台建设需要产学研结合、为管理决策提供参考依据等5个方面总体共识,以及采编、生产、发布、学术运营4大系统的技术共识,并形成共识图.共识的提出将有效助力全面推动我国学术期刊行业整体数字化转型升级、提升出版机构建设运营数字化平台能力.
Abstract
In order to fill the gaps and construct the technical consensus on the construction of academic journal platforms in China,new ideas and methods for solving the current key common problems in the industry are proposed.Through the Delphi method,questionnaire research and other methods,the technical consensus on academic journal platform construction is comprehensively constructed on the basis of multiple rounds of expert seminars,research and analysis.The consensus contains five aspects of the overall consensus,including the discussion and formation mechanism for constructing technical consensus,the need for systematic platform operation and cultivation of corresponding talents,concerted efforts to do a good job in the promotion and dissemination of technical consensus,the need for combining industry,academia and research in the construction of technical platform for scholarly journals,and the provision of a reference basis for managerial decision-making,as well as the technical consensus of the four major systems of editorial,production,publishing,and academic operation,and the formation of the consensus map.The proposed consensus is an effective aid to comprehensively promote the overall digital transformation and upgrading of China's academic journal industry and enhance the ability of publishing institutions to build and operate digital platforms.
