摘要
为解决我国科技期刊普遍面临的编辑力量不足、办刊经费紧张、数字化转型困难、融媒体办刊人才匮乏等问题,急需尝试一种新的人才管理和工作组织方式来补强办刊队伍.本文在分析招聘兼职青年编辑必要性和可行性的基础上,以《地质科技通报》为例,从招募选拔、培训指导、管理激励、风险防范等方面介绍了招聘兼职青年编辑的关键节点;从提升期刊影响力、凝聚作者、促进青年学者成长等方面评价了实践效果.我们认为,这是一种具有创新性和实用性的举措,值得在科技期刊业界推广.
Abstract
To solve the problems,commonly faced by science and technology journals in China,such as insufficient editing force,tight funding for journals,difficulties in digital transformation,and a lack of talent in the integration of media,it is urgent to try a new talent management and work organization method to strengthen the journal team.On the base of the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of recruiting part-time young editors,this paper takes the Bulletin of Geological Science and Technology as an example to introduce the key nodes of recruiting part-time young editors from the aspects of recruitment and selection,training guidance,management incentives,and risk prevention;and evaluates the practical effect from the aspects of enhancing the influence of journal,gathering authors,and promoting the growth of young scholars.We believe that this is an innovative and practical measure that deserves promotion in science and technology journals.
