摘要

学科专家群体构成了科技期刊创新发展的坚实根基,构建一个全面的学科专家数据库对科技期刊的持续发展具有至关重要的作用.本文依据学科专家不同的学术影响力,深入剖析了学科专家在数据库中作为编委、审稿人、作者和读者等不同角色的关系及作用.针对当前学科专家数据库构建过程中存在的体系不健全、效率待提升等挑战,本文以《镁合金学报》(英文)为例,详细阐述了通过文献计量学工具快速且有效构建具有不同角色特征的学科专家数据库方法,分享了运营和维护学科专家数据库的措施,以期为我国科技期刊学科专家队伍建设提供借鉴,推动科技期刊高质量发展.

Abstract

The community of discipline experts forms a solid foundation for the innovative development of sci-tech journals.Building a comprehensive discipline expert database is of vital importance to the sustainable development of scientific journals.Based on the different academic influences,this paper deeply analyzed the relationship and roles of discipline experts in the database as editorial board members,peer reviewers,authors and readers.In view of the challenges faced at the moment,such as imperfect system and limited efficiency in constructing the database,this article,taking the Journal of Magnesium and Alloys as an example,elaborated a method of rapidly and effectively constructing subject expert databases with different roles through bibliometric tools,and shared measures for operating and maintaining the databases,in order to provide reference for the Chinese scientific journals and promote the high-quality development of scientific journals.
