Research on the regulatory path of copyright risks in digital publishing cooperation of scientific and technological journals
This article focuses on copyright issues in the digital publishing cooperation of scientific and technological journals,by conducting comprehensive investigations and utilizing data from multiple sources,streamlining the copyright cooperation process of digital publishing of scientific and technological journals in China,analyze the types and causes of risks in cooperation,and propose risk regulation strategies.Research has found that digital publishing cooperation of scientific and technological journals in China mainly faces risks such as compliance with copyright authorization procedures,open and shared copyright management standards,outflow of copyright resources,and abuse of copyright resources.These risks affect the efficiency of online dissemination and utilization of scientific and technological journals in China.The article proposes specific regulatory strategy suggestions from the aspects of standardizing authorization,improving legislation and judiciary,and innovating cooperation models.
