Multi-measures to explore the road of high-quality development of not supported by"Excellent Plan"Chinese scientific and technical journals:taking China Mechanical Engineering as an example
Due to the influence of the general environment,the development of not supported by"Excellent Plan"Chinese scientific and technical journals were restricted,and how to achieve self-help for journals has become a concern for many journalists.It analyzes the methods adopted by China Mechanical Engineering to adjust the column settings,do well in thematic publication,organize academic conferences,and strengthen the publicity efforts for the construction of the journal,and gives specific countermeasures and suggestions at the operational level,such as enhancing the decision-making power of the editor-in-chief and the executive power of the editors,improving the quality of thematic publication by multiple measures,paying attention to the breadth and frequency of dissemination,and preferably selecting the suitable academic reporters.The results show that after implementing a series of reform measures,the journal gradually broke through the predicament and won a good reputation and achievements.
