The Logical Orientation,Development Indicators,and Strategic Paths for the Basic Realization of Socialist Modernization by 2035
Starting from summarizing the connotation of the basic realization of socialist modernization,this ar-ticle analyzes the development indicators of socialist modernization and the standards of moderately developed countries from six aspects.On the basis of two technical routes of long-term forecast and modernization level standards for moderately developed countries,the specific manifestation of economic,political,social,cultur-al,ecological,and human modernization for the level of moderately developed countries is assessed through scientific calculation,so as to provide a reference basis for China's basic realization of socialist modernization.Meanwhile,according to a systematic analysis of the foundation and advantages of China's modernization,three innovative paths in strategic transformation are proposed:firstly,to improve labor productivity and to ac-celerate the construction of a national innovation system,in order to realize the second founding of the nation by science and technology;secondly,to promote the development of international security and to effectively de-fuse the risks from modernization,in order to build a community with a shared future for mankind;thirdly,to fully realize human modernization and to strive to improve the basic quality of the whole people,in order to pro-mote the free and all-round development of human beings.
