Legal Regulation of the Addiction of Generative Artificial Intelligence:Motivation and Counter-measures
The vigorous rise of generative artificial intelligence,having injected new momentum into economic and social development,is profoundly changing people's production and life style,but also easily leads to the problem of the addiction to artificial intelligence.This is not only an issue at the individual level,but also in-volves other deeper issues such as people's freedom of thinking and of behavior and people's subject status.At present,in terms of prevention,there are still problems such as the very narrow range of objects,improper su-pervision methods,limited anti-addiction areas,unclear prevention obligations,and single means.The prob-lem of the addiction to generative artificial intelligence should be regulated from the legal level,the anti-addic-tion obligations of generative AI providers should be clarified,the supervision methods should be changed,the supervision should be intensified,the prevention system of the addiction to generative AI should be estab-lished,and the collaborative governance of multiple subjects should be given play to,in order ensure that the use of generative AI is in line with the overall interests of mankind.
