Building"Safe and Resilient Cities":Concepts, Theories, and Implementation Approaches
The idea of resilient city has widely concerned both domestically and internationally, undergoing continuous development and deepening. On the basis of a comprehensive review of representative theoretical perspectives, indicator systems, and practical cases of resilience and resilient city in safety science, this article proposes a conceptual and theoretical analysis model for constructing safe and resilient cities. On the basis of reference to existing typical cases, specific implementation approaches are suggested, which can provide a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for building safe and resilient cities.
