An Analysis of the Relationship Between Full and Strict Governance over the Party and the Self-Reform of the Party
Full and strict governance over the Party and the self-reform of the Party are important components of the discourse system of Party building in the New Era. The decision-making and deployment of the CPC Cen-tral Committee and the current Party constitution and rules endow them with their respective era implications and strategic attributes. They also play different functions, but also show a high degree of correlation in dis-course interpretation. By sorting out relevant policy contents and the Party constitution and rules, the relation-ship between the two can be defined as three modalities, i. e. mutual distinction, organic unity, and reciprocal causation. Moreover, from the perspective of the time conditions for the discourse generation, the co-directional drive of value pursuit, the double guarantee of Party building, and the strategic choice of the Party's manage-ment and self-governance, the new great project of Party building in the New Era has become a field where full and strict governance over the Party and the self-reform of the Party are combined, and the three are closely in-tertwined.
