The Evolution Path and Risk Management of International Center for Technology Innovation in Functional Iteration
In the context of the severe transformational challenges faced by a globalized economy and society , the construction of an international center for technology and innovation has become a key strategy for countries to promote scientific and technological progress, accelerate industrial upgrading, and foster sustainable develop-ment. On the basis of elucidating the connotation, characteristics, birth background, and spatial transfer process of international centers for technology and innovation, this article analyzes and summarizes the development models of representative international centers for technology and innovation in different eras from three dimen-sions (i.e. development driving forces, sources of innovation institutions, and dominant industry types), and thus can construct five core organizational functions in iteration:basic scientific research, integrated innovation, in-dustry-driven, radiation-led, and institutional experimentation. On this basis, it summarizes the evolution path of its typical significance in terms of organizational form, organizational carrier, driving force, correlation model, and talent recruitment strategy, and suggests that the development of international center for technology and in-novation in the process of functional iteration should actively identify and resolve the potential risks and chal-lenges in hard&core technology, innovation costs, innovation resources, and global scientific research competi-tion and collaboration.
