The Development Logic and the Improvement Path of the Macroeconomic Governance System
Improving the macroeconomic governance system is an inherent requirement for high-quality eco-nomic development,and it is a major contemporary task to promote the modernization of the national gover-nance system and governance capacity and to comprehensively advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization. On the basis of the theoretical basis of Marxist political economy and socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,the theoretical logic and the practical innovation of macroeconomic governance are sorted out and analyzed. Meanwhile,the relevant practices of other countries in the world are summarized and relined. On this basis,it is pointed out that it is required for improving the macro. economic governance system to properly handle the relationship between the domestic and the international gov-ernment and market,the central and the local,the long-term and the short-term,economic fluctuation and stra-tegic focus. In addition,from the perspective of improving the mechanism for overall policy coordination,deep-ening the fiscal and taxation system reform,deepening the financial system reform,and improving the coordinat-ed development of regions,the specific path and objective-tasks of improving the macroeconomic governance system can be found and then completed.
