The Generative Logic,Main Contents,and Contemporary Enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping's View of Party Responsibility
As the chief designer of China's socialist reform&opening up and modernization construction,Deng Xiaoping made many arguments around aspects such as"to whom","for what",and"how"the Communist Par-ty of China should be responsible,and a view of party responsibility with a rich connotation,a multidimensional structure,and a rigorous logic was thus formed. Deng Xiaoping's view of party responsibility,rooted in the clas-sic Marxist thought of proletarian party responsibility,inheriting the CPC's fine tradition of taking its own re-sponsibility seriously,and based on the actual needs of the development of the cause of the Party and China,is the result of the joint action of theory,history,and reality. The contents of Deng Xiaoping's view of party respon-sibility mainly include the idea of historical responsibility on"seeking the interests of the nation and the peo-ple",the idea of contemporary responsibility on"pushing Marxism forward",the idea of important responsibili-ty on"the Communist Party being to develop the social productive forces",the idea of world responsibility on"making more contributions to mankind",and the idea of political responsibility that"the Party supervising its own conduct". On the occasion of commemorating the 120th anniversary of Deng Xiaoping's birth,a systematic review of his view of party responsibility is of great enlightening significance for the Chinese communists in the New Era to deeply understand and accurately grasp their own contemporary responsibility and historical mis-sion,and to promote the great cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation with a strong sense of political responsibility and historical mission.
