Improving the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance is a major measure proposed at the 20th National Congress of the Party to strengthen the Party building in the New Era,and reflects the strate-gic determination of the Party to continuously deepen the understanding of the laws of self-revolution and to use systems thinking and scientific methods to promote the deepening development of full and rigorous Party self-governance.
