As one of the popular social media, we-chat has got the attention of many scholars, but previous stud-ies focused more on the ontology, function and application of we-chat.The impact of we-chat using on contextual performance and the mediating effects of communication quality, work interruption and trust in the process are discussed.The results show that we-chat using is significantly correlated with contextual performance and its two dimensions ( interpersonal promotion and job dedication).It also shows that communication quality and trust me-diate the relationship between we-chat using and contextual performance.
