Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Location Influencing Factors of High-Tech Enterprises in Beijing
The agglomeration of high-tech enterprises is conducive to optimizing the allocation of urban factor resources and enhancing urban competitiveness.Based on the list of high-tech enterprises issued by the Beijing science and technology commission, the spatial distribution characteristics of high-tech enterprises in Beijing were studied by using the kernel density analysis method and the buffer statistical analysis method, and the influencing factors of their location were discussed by means of the zero-inflation negative binomial regression model. The research shows that the distribution of high-tech enterprises in Beijing presents a multi-center distribution pattern of"single master and multi vice".The location choices of enterprises are concentrated in three circles, showing the peak-like distribution characteristics of"two main and one vice".Agglomeration effect, location factors, knowledge factors, etc.have a significant impact on the location choices of enterprises.Study of the spatial layout and location influencing factors of high-tech enterprises will help the government to optimize the spatial allocation of urban resources and provide new ideas for the location choices of the enterprises.
