In recent years,China has shown obvious characteristics of population aging.Beijing is one of the cities that entered the aging population early in China.The problem of population aging is more serious,and the demand for the elderly care industry is also increasingly strong.Developing the elderly care industry is not only an important way for Beijing to alleviate the pressure of aging and cope with population aging,but also an important guarantee for expanding domestic demand and promoting stable economic and social operation.After systematically analyzing the current situation of population aging in Beijing,this article analyzes the development of the elderly care industry in Beijing from three aspects:the supply of elderly care institutions,elderly care communities,and elderly care supplies.It deeply analyzes the problems in population aging and the development of the elderly care industry in Beijing,and proposes further strategies and suggestions to promote the development of the elderly care industry in Beijing.
