The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to cultural construction and leadership issues. Upholding the Party's cultural leadership is the core issue of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,and it is a major conclusion made after overarching and fundamental changes in China's ideological landscape. From "the Party's leadership over ideological work" to "the Party's cultural leadership",it reflects that the Party's understanding of the laws of socialist cultural construction has reached a new height. Upholding the cultural leadership to ensure the establishment of cultural subjectivity is an important foundation for realizing the "two integrations",and therefore is also the fundamental guarantee for cultural confidence. Upholding the Party's cultural leadership must be reflected in the specific practice of cultural construction on the journey ahead,make it institutionalized and legalized,further consolidate and strengthen the status of dominant ideology,strive to complete the historical mission of cultural prosperity,and extend it to cyberspace.
