随着物联网技术迅速发展,传感器和设备产生的大量数据具有不同格式、不同采集频率和不同质量,需要进行数据融合.数据融合技术能够整合、转换和处理物联网中异构传感器和设备产生的数据,降低数据噪声、解决数据不一致的问题,并能够提高数据资源的可靠性和利用率.本文在介绍物联网数据融合理论的基础上综述了其融合流程,对数据预处理、数据挖掘、数据融合算法进行了论述,总结了近年来的研究成果、优缺点以及面临的挑战,并对未来研究方向进行展望,有助于了解当前数据融合技术研究现状和趋势,对物联网领域数据融合技术发展有一定参考价值.
Review of Research on Data Fusion in the Internet of Things
With the rapid development of Internet of Things(IoT) technology,a large amount of data generated by sensors and devices has different formats,sampling frequencies,and qualities,requiring data fusion. Data fusion technology can integrate,transform,and process data generated by heterogeneous sensors and devices in the IoT,reduce data noise,address data inconsistency issues,and improve the reliability and utilization of data resources. This article provides an overview of the fusion process based on the theory of IoT data fusion,discusses key technologies such as data preprocessing,data mining,and data fusion algorithm,summarizes recent research achievements,advantages,disadvantages,and challenges faced,and provides prospects for future research directions. This article contributes to understanding the current research status and trends of data fusion technology,and provides some reference value for the development of data fusion technology in the field of IoT.
