Research Progress on Anti-counterfeiting Applications of Mechanoluminescence Materials
If the material can emit light under finger pressure,and with the combination of graphic design and printing,various novel anti-counterfeiting products would be developed,which has a huge market demand. It is not possible to achieve finger pressure luminescence because of the low luminous intensity and the large luminescent pressure threshold of mechanoluminescence materials. On the basis of summing up the application status of mechanoluminescence(ML) materials in anti-counterfeiting,the methods of controlling luminescent pressure threshold and luminescent color of ML is analyzed. Effective ways to achieve finger pressure luminescence in anti-counterfeiting applications are proposed,such as new chemical composition systems,the construction of a polymer matrix that can efficiently transfer forces,and the design and preparation of surface micro-nano structure arrays to enhance force sensitivity.
