Ink supply system is an important part of the OLED inkjet printing equipment,the ink circuit system to print nozzle supply flow stable ink for OLED screen light-emitting layer printing,the higher the accuracy of the air pressure control and flow control in the ink circuit system,the higher the accuracy of the ink drop point,and the more uniformly the light-emitting of the OLED screen produced. Aiming at the redundancy of the existing ink circulatory system design,design a miniaturized and modular ink circulatory system to improve the maintainability and installability of the ink circulatory system;use a low pulse diaphragm pump and a high frequency solenoid valve for pneumatic control,and through the combination of pneumatic control and pump control,the pneumatic control accuracy of±0.03kPa of the second level of the ink circulatory system can be obtained during the experimental validation,which is a higher accuracy of pneumatic pressure control compared to previous ink circulatory system design,and achieve the higher accuracy of ink drop,and realize the uniformity of OLED screen luminescence. Compared with the previous ink circuit design,it has a higher air pressure control accuracy and realizes the stable control of ink flow in the printhead.
