用于OLED喷墨打印的高精度模块化墨路控制系统

High Precision Modular Ink Control System for OLED Inkjet Printing

供墨系统是OLED喷墨打印装备中重要的组成部分,墨路系统给打印喷头供给流量稳定的墨水进行OLED屏幕发光层打印,墨路系统中气压控制、流量控制精度越高,墨水落点精度越高,生产的OLED屏幕发光越均匀.针对现有的墨路循环系统存在的设计冗余的问题,设计一种小型化、模块化的墨路循环系统,提高墨路系统的可维护性、安装性;使用低脉冲隔膜泵和高频电磁阀用于气压控制,通过气控和泵控结合的方法,在实验验证中可以得到二级墨路±0.03kPa的气压控制精度,相比于以往的墨路设计具有更高的气压控制精度,从而实现喷头墨水流量的稳定控制.
Ink supply system is an important part of the OLED inkjet printing equipment,the ink circuit system to print nozzle supply flow stable ink for OLED screen light-emitting layer printing,the higher the accuracy of the air pressure control and flow control in the ink circuit system,the higher the accuracy of the ink drop point,and the more uniformly the light-emitting of the OLED screen produced. Aiming at the redundancy of the existing ink circulatory system design,design a miniaturized and modular ink circulatory system to improve the maintainability and installability of the ink circulatory system;use a low pulse diaphragm pump and a high frequency solenoid valve for pneumatic control,and through the combination of pneumatic control and pump control,the pneumatic control accuracy of±0.03kPa of the second level of the ink circulatory system can be obtained during the experimental validation,which is a higher accuracy of pneumatic pressure control compared to previous ink circulatory system design,and achieve the higher accuracy of ink drop,and realize the uniformity of OLED screen luminescence. Compared with the previous ink circuit design,it has a higher air pressure control accuracy and realizes the stable control of ink flow in the printhead.
