Symbol,Technology,and Media:New Paths for Empowering Urban Image Communication in the All-media Era
The advent of the all-media era has significantly transformed information dissemination modes,channels,and methods. The expanding influence of all-media in urban image communication injects new vitality into this field. However,it also faces challenges such as inadequate exploration of city's cultural depth,insufficient media synergy,and lack of content innovation. To address these constraints,this article proposes four strategies:adhering to the principles of the all-media era to construct city symbols;establishing an all-media communication framework to refine urban communication strategies;meticulously developing all-media content to enhance communication effectiveness;and fostering all-media traffic hubs to propel cities into wider recognition. These paths aim to harness the empowering potential of all-media for the continuous enhancement of urban image communication efficacy.
