International news reporting serves as a key link connecting different countries,cultures,and societies,and its strategic value and influence are becoming increasingly significant.However,with the deep intertwining of information dissemination,the ethical conflicts faced in international news reporting are becoming increasingly serious.This paper aims to build the"ideal vision"of global media ethics by starting from analyzing the ethical dilemmas in international news reporting.It systematically reviews and summarizes the literature,discusses core issues such as the loss of focus in international news coverage,the disappearance of journalistic truth in international news reporting,and the participation of the masses in international news reporting,and puts forward a proposal for building a fair and responsible international news reporting ethic by constructing a global media ethic,promoting the consciousness of communication subjects,and building an international news reporting system with Chinese characteristics.The goal is to achieve the dual objectives of news reporting fairness and a balanced international conflict reporting.
